A spark plug cap (or resistor cover) connects the spark plug, which is screwed into the cylinder head, with the spark plug cable.
The housing of the spark plug cap is made of robust phenolic resin with extremely good resistance to high heat and tensile stress. Special rubber sleeves on both ends prevent electrical losses through moisture.
Spark plugs and spark plug caps are always sold individually. Each spark plug cap comes with rubber sleeves on both ends.
In the technical specifications tab tab you will find the specifications of this cap.
Each spark plug cap has a type designation, made up of letters and numbers. This code is a logically structured formula containing important information about the spark plug and the spark plug cap. Want to know more? Crack the code here.
