The ABUS CITY CHAIN X-PLUS chain lock consists of 10 mm thick hexagonal links coated with a durable nylon cover. With a length of 170 cm, this lock allows you to secure one motorbike or scooter to a fixed object, such as a pole. You can also use this lock to secure two motorcycles to each other.
With Security Level 15 this lock offers a very good protection in case of high theft risk. The lock body features the patented ABUS Power Link technology, which ensures a direct and protected connection of the chain to the lock mechanism. In addition, the patented ABUS Power Cell technology provides maximum protection against manipulation by striking and pulling. The renowned ABUS X-Plus cylinder ensures high protection against manipulation like lockpicking.
Chain, lock body and the internal elements of the lock mechanism are made of specially hardened steel, while the lock body has also been given additional internal protection. For optimal theft protection, make sure that the chain lock is not placed on or near the ground. This protects the chain against heavy-handed manipulation.
The lock comes with two keys. An automatic cover protects the cylinder from dust and dirt.
