The V35 Monokey case set consists of two side cases in rugged black plastic. Sold as a set, with left and right side cases (not interchangeable), the V35 case set provides a compact and aerodynamic package and utilizes the unique and innovative Monokey®Side® mounting system. These cases can only be mounted in combination with a PLX or PLXR side case mount. The Tech version differs from the standard black case in that the red reflectors have been replaced by smoked silver ones. With this style the case fits better with the contemporary design of motor scooters and motorcycles. The V35 transcends the essence of a basic storage unit. It's handy, accessible and, thanks to its cleverly designed mounting system, partially integrated into the rear of the bike. It's tough, and just begs to be used daily and often. These cases hinge at the bottom for complete accessibility. To prevent the entire contents from falling to the ground, each case is standard fitted with an internal elastic strap. A single key is used to operate a locking mechanism that both closes the case and locks it onto the side case holder. An integrated handle also makes it easy to carry this case to and from the bike. With a capacity of 35 liters (twice), it offers plenty of storage room. A helmet fits easily - provided it's not the biggest flip-up helmet - and then there's even room left. Daily commuters or occasional motorcyclists: with a set of V35 panniers you can do anything.
Many (and also these) GIVI case sets come with an extra (third) lock. When you install that in your (existing) top case, you have a complete case set that can be operated with one single key. Easy and practical.
There are a number of optional accessories for this case:
- Inner bag: this case can accommodate a handy inner bag T443D. An inner bag has the great advantage that you can remove all your luggage from the case in one maneuver.
Safety lock: This case is already standard equipped with a safety lock. Do you have several cases? Replace all the locks on all the cases and handle all of them with 1 and the same key.
Maintenance tips: for cleaning these cases (and your motorcycle) we recommend S100 Moto Wash. Regular treatment of the S100 color refresher will ensure that your case always looks like new.
Watertightness: the GIVI side cases and top cases are not waterproof. They were awarded an IPX4 rating. Having the right expectations always helps prevent disappointment.
