The all-round Road Star GTX is available in both regular and large versions. This way, there is no chance of not finding the perfect motorcycle boot. You'll have to make an effort to not find your fit within the Daytona range, because every single one of these are top boots that guarantee years of riding pleasure.
Daytona is therefore more or less synonymous with top quality. The Road Star GTX, which is made from hard cowhide leather, opens almost right up to the sole on both sides. That assures you - despite the high shaft of over 30 centimetres - of a very smooth and quick entry. You close the boot by means of two zippers, finished at the top with a velcro strip. At the back, extra velcro pieces on the calf allow you to fit the Road Star GTX to perfection.
Inside, the well-constructed boot pretty much regulates the climate itself, within the double boot construction. Sweaty feet are therefore not included in the price, although you would expect that from this kind of boot. On the contrary: the Road Star GTX is as comfortable as a slipper and offers about the same freedom of movement, so yes, you can do the last few meters on foot. Well placed accordion pieces on the heel and in front of the ankle emphasise this.
The shin and ankle have been given a large protector, just like the ankles. Heel and toes are extra reinforced which doesn't cause any bother at all on the inside. Shifting reinforcement is of course standard.
