Eurol® Brake Fluid is a high quality fluid, specially developed for hydraulic brake systems of cars, trucks, mopeds, scooters, forklifts, motorcycles, etc. in both drum and disc brakes (with and without ABS/ASR).
Eurol® Brake Fluid offers maximum protection against rust and optimum acceptance and transfer of heat. It has no influence on seals, metals or alloys. The lubricating power of these brake fluids keeps wear to a minimum.
Eurol® Brake Fluid is stable and does not cause deposits. Due to its low viscosity at low temperatures, it still performs well in winter conditions.
Eurol® Brake Fluid has a high 'wet boiling point' which prevents vapour formation during intensive braking. This significantly increases the safety and operational reliability of the braking system. However, it is extremely important that the brake fluid is changed or checked in due time because every brake fluid absorbs water, which over time will lead to a loss of quality.
Eurol® Brake Fluid must absolutely not be used on brake systems with mineral based fluid (LHM, usually coloured green) or silicone based fluid (coloured purple, usually marked DOT 5).
Eurol® Brake Fluid DOT4 complies with the following specifications: SAE J 1704, ISO 4925, FMVSS 116 DOT 3 and DOT 4.
Caution: Brake fluid is incompatible with car paintwork and any spillage should be immediately washed off with water. Keep container closed and avoid mixing with water or oil products.
