Description

This coolant antifreeze tester is suitable for all ethylene and glycol solutions. It allows you to visually check for contamination or rust, something that has a direct effect on the effectiveness of both fluids.

At high temperatures coolant systems build up pressure, so caution is advised. Allow everything to cool down sufficiently before getting started. With the bellows at the top end you suck a little fluid into the tester. The tester has a calibration mark and a pointer on a scale that shows the frost resistance of the liquid. The scale can be read in both Celsius and Fahrenheit.

The coolant tester can be used with warm and cold fluids.
