This motorcycle specific set of side case brackets for the Givi aluminum Outback side cases is equipped with the unique Cam-Side mounting system. The case rack has a diameter of 18mm, which provides additional support and stability of the case. ‘Extra' as in: more than all other racks, because those have a diameter of 16 mm.
The Outback panniers are attached to the rack at four points. Indicators show whether this is done correctly. The Australian Outback is not a forgiving terrain, so it's no coincidence that cases with the same name focus on strength, stability and guaranteed attachment.
The mounting kit is motorbike-specific and product-specific: equipping these motorcycles with these Outback panniers, that's the idea.
The Outback range consists of a number of different sizes of top and side cases to compose a set according to your own needs. Interesting for asymmetrical motorcycles: by attaching the 37L to the side with exhaust and the 48l on the side without exhaust, the problem of asymmetry is often solved.
We are happy to share this tip: only tighten the bolts in the final stage when everything is in the right place. That way you always have the possibility to 'shift' a bit to make everything fit perfectly.
