The E22 Monokey case set consists of two side cases made of sturdy black plastic. The E22 is a basic case. Handy, accessible, not too wide, but certainly roomy enough to hold everything. It can take a beating and is designed for daily and frequent use. These side cases open at the top. The entire contents do not end up on the floor, but if something is at the bottom you might have to look for it. Or organize it better. This case set is quickly and easily clicked onto a mounting kit specially designed for your bike and locked into place. A single key is used to operate a locking mechanism which both closes the case and locks it onto the side pannier holder. An integrated handle makes it easy to carry to and from the bike. With a capacity of (twice) 22 liters you can store quite a bit in this case. No helmet though, the case is too narrow for that, but you can't want everything.

Watertightness: the GIVI side cases and top cases are not waterproof. They were awarded an IPX4 rating. Having the right expectations always helps prevent disappointment.
