German boot manufacturer Daytona guarantees top of the bill motorcycle boots. Handmade, detailed, high-tech and 100% waterproof thanks to the integrated GORE-TEX® membrane.
The Daytona Arrow Sport GTX is with its shaft height of 22 centimeters one of the lowest boots in the Daytona offer. This makes them ideal for riders who don't want a tall boot, but still want all the options and comfort you can expect from a Daytona boot: 100% waterproof thanks to the GORE-TEX® membrane, easy entry thanks to the double zipper, and extremely safe thanks to the heel, toe, and ankle protectors.
And that's pretty much it. The sturdy cowhide leather Arrow Sport GTX can be opened virtually all the way to the sole, on both sides. That ensures a very smooth and quick entry. You close the boot by means of two zippers, finished at the top with a velcro strip. An extra strip serves to regulate the tightness.
Inside, the well-constructed boot regulates the climate pretty much by itself, within the double boot construction. Sweaty feet are therefore not included in the price, although you would expect that from this kind of boot. On the contrary: the Arrow Sport GTX is as comfortable as a slipper and offers about the same freedom of movement, so yes, you can safely do the last meters on foot. Well-placed accordion pieces on the heel and in front of the ankle emphasize this.
The shin and ankle have been given a large protector, just like the ankles. Heel and toes are extra reinforced and all that doesn't bother you at all inside. Shift padding is of course standard.
Daytona remains true to a number of fixed values: comfort on and off the bike, a long lifespan, pronounced strength and durability in extreme conditions, and the use of top-class materials. Moreover, you can always count on excellent after-sales service from the German manufacturer.
