The GIVI V46 top case is part of the Monokey series and is only suitable as a top case.
A top case is often a choice between storage space and elegance. And everyone knows: choosing is always a bit losing. However, it doesn't have to be that way. The V46 is a solid case which excels in elegance and price. It combines a large volume with a compact shape, which makes it a very functional case. This basic model is matte black, with a silver central band and red reflectors. Easy to open and close, the case has a handy document holder on the inside of the lid. It opens 90 degrees and comes standard with a welded band which prevents the contents of the case from spilling out in all directions while on the move.
The V46 quickly and easily clicks into place on a mounting kit designed specifically for your bike. A single key operates a locking mechanism that both closes and locks the case to the case plate. An integrated handle allows you to carry the case easily next to your bike.
With its 46-litre capacity, there’s a lot of room to stow stuff away. Two normal size full-face helmets, to name but a few. At the same time, indeed. This is a top case, for sure.
There are a number of optional accessories for this case:
- Inner bag: this case comes with a handy inner bag T502B. The big advantage of an inner bag is that you can remove all the luggage from the case in one operation.
- Backrest: your passenger will definitely prefer the soft back rest E95S to the hard case.
- Exra brake light: do you often ride in heavy traffic and do you like to be spotted? Then an additional brake light E105S with red LEDs is available for installation to this top case.
- Extra luggage rack: with the S150 rack you can still take extra luggage on top.
Maintenance instructions: for cleaning these cases (and your motorcycle) we recommend S100 Moto Wash. Regular treatment of the S100 color refresher ensures that your case always looks like new.
Watertightness: the GIVI side cases and top cases are not waterproof. They were awarded an IPX4 rating. Having the right expectations always helps prevent disappointment.
