The ABUS CITY CHAIN X-PLUS chain lock consists of 10 mm thick hexagonal links coated with a durable nylon cover. With a length of 140 cm, this lock allows you to secure one motorbike or scooter to a fixed object, such as a pole. You can also use this lock two motorcycles to each other attach.
With Security Level 15 offers this lock a very good protection at high theft risk. The lock body features patented ABUS Power Link technology, which ensures a direct and protected connection of the chain to the lock mechanism. In addition, the patented ABUS Power Cell technology provides maximum protection against manipulation by striking and pulling. The renowned ABUS X-Plus cylinder ensures high protection against manipulation like lockpicking.
Chain, lock body and the internal elements of the lock mechanism are made of specially hardened steel, while the lock body has also been given additional internal protection. For optimal theft protection, make sure that the chain lock is not placed on or near the ground. This protects the chain against heavy-handed manipulation.
The lock comes with two keys. An automatic cover protects the cylinder against dust and dirt. This chain lock fits in the optional ABUS ST1010 protection bag.
Tip: Choose also the ABUS ST1010 protection bag. This sturdy but compact bag is padded and very handy for storing and transporting your lock.
