The Modeka Blaker is a mid-length touring boot that offers protection up to mid-calf. The boot looks rather classic and can be combined with textile and leather pants.
The Blaker is water- and windproof, thanks to the integrated Hipora membrane with breathable features. The outside consists of microfiber. The most vulnerable (outer) side of the ankle is protected by an impact protection which is applied under the outer material. The shin is also protected. At the instep and above the heel, the leather is stitched in transverse strips for more flexibility and wearing comfort. The stylish shifting reinforcement in the form of a double leather layer keeps it elegant.
The Blaker zips open all over the inside, making entry quick and easy. A velcro flap adds an extra layer, while a water-resistant flap on the inside keeps feet and ankles dry. The lining consists of soft polyester for high wearing comfort. The rubber sole is oil- and petrol-resistant and has a non-slip tread.
With the Blaker, you get a very versatile boot for relatively little money. Waterproof, half-high, good protection and comfortable.
We recommend regular treatment with a water-repellent maintenance product. This treatment makes sure the boot doesn't get soaked and it also makes sure that the dirt doesn't attach to the boot. For longer-term maintenance, we recommend using a nourishing balm so that the leather remains supple.
