This V37 Monokey Case set with red reflectors consists of two side cases in plastic. Black with a silver accent and certainly belonging in the ‘sturdy' category. They are sold as a set, with one (not interchangeable) left and right model. Such a set of V37 cases forms a compact and aerodynamic package and utilizes the unique and innovative Monokey® Side® mounting system. It continues to build and develop the acclaimed V35 panniers.
These cases can only be mounted in combination with a PLX or PLXR side case holder.
In this version the side cases come with a matte black lid finished with a silver 'arrowhead'. The incorporated reflector - which increases visibility at the rear - is red.
Like the original V35, the V37 transcends the essence of a basic storage space. Handy, accessible and thanks to the cleverly designed mounting system, integrated into the rear of the bike. It's tough and just begs to be used daily and often. These side cases are hinged at the bottom, making the case completely accessible. To prevent the entire contents from falling to the ground, each case is standard internally equipped with an elastic band.
With a single key you operate a closing mechanism that both closes the case and locks it onto the side pannier holder. Many (and also these) GIVI pannier sets come with an extra (third) lock. When you install that in your (existing) top case, you have a complete case set that can be operated with one single key. Easy and practical.
The integrated handle makes it easy to carry to and from the bike. With a capacity of (twice) 37 liters and 10 kilograms, it's plenty of storage space. A helmet fits easily, left or right, and there's even room left. The design also takes into account the seating comfort of the passenger, who doesn't have to twist and turn to travel comfortably.
Daily commuters or occasional motorcyclists: with a set of V37 panniers you can do anything you like.
Maintenance tips: for cleaning these cases (and your motorcycle) we recommend S100 Moto Wash. Regular treatment of the S100 color refresher will ensure that your case always looks like new.
Watertightness: the GIVI side cases and top cases are not waterproof. They were awarded an IPX4 rating. Having the right expectations always helps prevent disappointment.
