The SL Pilot GTX is pretty much the shorter version of the Lady Pilot GTX which has many of the same features - apart from the height of the shaft.

The heel is only slightly raised. The essence is to be found inside, in the removable sole which gives you a lot of extra centimeters without making it harder to shift gears or making your walk awkward.
Daytona doesn't like to make concessions anyway and that also shows in the SL Pilot GTX. Despite the sharp price, this motorcycle boot has everything you may expect: a detailed finish, a long zipper which makes getting in and out easy, a velcro strip next to the zipper which allows for adjustments, accordion pieces for extra comfort and mobility and not to forget a lot of protection. Toe, heel, ankle and shin get extra protectors and the boot is finished in sturdy leather.
The shifting reinforcement is an obvious feature for a boot of this caliber. Just like the sturdy anti-slip sole and the three stripes of reflective material at the back.
