Use:
Shake the bus well before use. Apply a thin layer of chain
spray along the inside of the chain, preferably on a warm, dry chain (after a
ride). Let it adhere/work for about 30 minutes - or overnight if possible.

Lubricating a motorcycle chain is best done when the chain is warm, after a ride, because the chain spray adheres better then.
Always lubricate your chain on the inside of the links. Applying chain spray on the side of your chain has little use, because that way the links are not lubricated. Moreover, centrifugal forces drive the chain grease outwards. If you lubricate from the inside, the grease will stay longer on the chain.
