These summer gloves have an optimal female fit, but otherwise differ little from the male Copper motorcycle gloves with the same name.
They don't need to be that different: what's good is good. As short, lightweight motorbike gloves, these are distinctly summery versions that feel most at home in an urban context, although you certainly don't need to limit yourself to that. Spandex and the synthetic suede on the palm create a remarkably thin – but still abrasion-resistant - glove. Flicking through a magazine with it may require a little more finesse, but there is not that much difference.
It is supposed to be a second, protective skin. The PVC knuckle protector is located under the spandex and provides a relatively classic, although sporty, look. Together with the inserts on the fingers, the different layers of suede on the inside and the foam on the palm, it provides a more than decent level of protection.
The touchscreen fingertips are compatible with just about any GPS or smartphone screen, which is another good reason to wear these Stella Copper gloves all day long.
Breathable and ventilated as these Stella Copper motorcycle gloves are, they come into their own during the warmest time of year. They are not waterproof.
The short cuff closes with a velcro strip.
