Xena 3 is an evolutionary step forward from Xena 2 and that translates - apart from a motorcycle jacket with that name - in these leather pants.
Together with the motorcycle jacket, you can make a nearly track-worthy combo with these. Sporty femininity and razor-sharp style are coupled with flexibility and safety, so these pants will really take you far. A seasoned lap-hunter will go for the one-piece anyway, but as a rookie or occasional track rider it's absolutely possible.
A Sunday ride is perfectly fine, but a sporty-looking bike seems logical to us. Seasons are less important if you go for the racing style. So don't expect removable linings, vents (though perforated leather) or waterproof features. You do expect comfort, flexibility and safety.
The base of the pants is cowhide leather, complemented by large pieces of PWR|SHELL stretch on the legs - where it matters. The latter of course enhances flexibility and comfort. SEEFLEX™ CE-level 2 knee protectors are standard, as are ultra-thin CE-certified SEESMART™ hip protectors. The adjustable protector pocket allows you to position each protector as needed. If you go to the track, then you’ll obviously fit knee sliders (sold separately). For that Sunday ride you can easily replace them by the leather patches.
The zipper at the bottom of the pants makes them easy to get into. A velcro strip covers the zipper. The back of the pants is longer at the top and has accordion fabric.
There are various adjustment possibilities, not in the least because of the presence of two elastic strips around the waist. You can adjust to your own feeling with the length adjustable and velcro straps. A hook-and-loop fastener ensures that pants that need to stay closed actually do so. A long and short connection zipper allows you to combine these pants with a motorcycle jacket. REV'IT has developed a Xena 3 jacket, which - how could it otherwise – is combined with the pants to create an almost perfect racing outfit.
Conclusion: these are pure racing-style pants, which seamlessly combine a high degree of sportiness and style with plenty of comfort and flexibility. Preferably on public roads, but also on the track if necessary.
