With the Monza, Modeka delivers a budget-friendly motorcycle boot, which clearly radiates sturdiness. Despite the name, this boot is specifically designed for daily use, commuting or touring.
Comfortable and sturdy. Those are the first two things you associate with the Monza just by sight. Made out of cowhide leather and equipped with a sturdy sole, this - just under 30 centimeters - high boot can certainly stand its ground in almost all circumstances. A Hipora membrane makes this touring boot water- and windproof. Nevertheless, everything remains supple and mobile, which enhances its wearing comfort.
Everything supple and mobile? Only what is supposed to be. In modern motorcycle boots you can expect that ankle, shin, heel and toes are reinforced as standard. In this case, they're fitted underneath, giving the Monza a neutral, classic look. You can effortlessly show up anywhere without the bike. This idea is reinforced by the shift reinforcement in the form of an extra leather layer, applied to both boots.
The boot is closed by means of a double velcro fastener, which makes getting in and out very easy. An accordion panel provides extra dexterity and flexibility, which of course helps with brake and gear control.
You can combine this boot with a good pair of motorcycle pants or with (motor)jeans.
Reflective material on the heel increases visibility in the evening and at night.
We recommend regular treatment with a water-repellent maintenance product. This treatment will prevent the boots from getting soaked and will also prevent dirt from sticking to it. For longer-term maintenance, we recommend using a nourishing balm so that the leather remains supple.
