If you attach the phone a little too casually onto the SP Connect mount, you may experience that your smartphone does not click into place, while the SP Connect click system has changed position. Before you attack it with a screwdriver, get the reset key. It's exactly the same as the StandTool attachment and will easily turn the system back to a usable (read: clickable) position.
