With the S430, GIVI opens up the Tanklock-mount to the rest of the motorcycle. They even drop the word 'Seatlock' in the process, but we'll stick with the traditional Tanklock terms for now.
Since the Tanklock system made its appearance, it became very popular. There are of course a lot of advantages and this has resulted in about fifty tankbag models. But: why limit yourself to the 'tank'?
This universal Tanklock mount can easily and practically be mounted onto the seat. The duo seat, for very obvious reasons, but still: on the saddle. This means that all bags with a Tanklock connection immediately get a second function, as a saddlebag. Until now this wasn't the case, because you always need a base to attach the Tanklock.
All bags? Almost: all TANKLOCK/TanklockED tankbags, with the exception of models with a typical sloping bottom for an enduro tank such as the XXS320.
The S430, which is basically a normal Tanklock base, can be mounted quickly and easily. Nylon straps with reinforced seams, practical to use, fitted under the saddle and ready. The carbon finish makes sure it is not even visual punishment to ride around with this. The only thing to remember is to take the S430 off when your regular passenger boards.
