The Faster V2 consists mainly of 1.3 mm leather, which in combination with stretch material and perforated parts is just about the perfect motorcycle harness. An armor that can be used in many ways, because the sharpest parts - good for those thirty MotorGP pilots in those forty minutes - made way for a more accessible variation on the theme. One example? The slightly longer rear end is there to offer more comfort on the road. After all, you're not in a one-piece with this Faster V2. Still? The hump is also omitted and the external protection elements are just a little less prominent.
This means that the Faster V2 is more practical. That it's more comfortable, and that you'll use it faster and more often than when you have to dress up in a full race suit every time. However, this jacket can still compete with the absolute top class in many areas. The shoulder protection consists of a TPU-protector on the outside which is fitted under the skin: again, a little less external appearance, a little less sharpness for similar performance. Nucleon Flex Plus ultra-flexible and ventilated shoulder and elbow protectors still offer a lot of protection underneath. An optional Nucleon Plasma back protector (level 2-certified) or Nucleon KR-CELLi back protector (level 1-certified) or Nucleon KR-R CELL back protector (level 2-certified, snap-on system) can be integrated easily and quickly.
The practical element is also found in the two spacious zippered pockets, and in the subtle reflective details that keep you safe and comfortable on the road. But also in the adjustment options at the waist, which allow you to be just a little bit wider or tighter on the road.
