At first glance, these short summer gloves don't really stand out.
They don't have to: what's good is good. As short, lightweight motorcycle gloves, they are distinctly summery and feel most at home in an urban context, although there is no need to restrict yourself in any way. Spandex and the synthetic suede on the palm create a remarkably thin - albeit abrasion-resistant - glove. Flicking through a magazine with it may require a little more finesse, but there isn’t much difference.
It is supposed to be a second, protective skin. The PVC knuckle protector can be found under the spandex and provides a relatively classic, although sporty, look. Together with the inserts on the fingers, the different layers of suede on the inside and the foam on the palm, it provides a more than decent level of protection.
The touchscreen fingertips are compatible with just about any GPS or smartphone screen, which is another good reason to wear these Copper gloves all day long.
Breathable and ventilated, these Copper motorcycle gloves are at their best during the warmer part of the year. They are not waterproof.
The short cuff can be closed off with a velcro strip.
