The Thiago Lady is a very urban-oriented, female motorcycle jacket, in which you will just want to walk around in after the ride is over. A waterproof 2-in-1, with a retro streak.
We just want to say: don't be fooled by that retro-urban look & feel (those diamond-shaped stitching) and the café racers you associate with it. With the Thiago Lady, Modeka delivers a very contemporary and performing motorcycle jacket. At a very competitive price no less. The outer layer is a mix of cotton and polyamide, with a double layer on the critical crash zones. The result is a wear-resistant fabric, without mobility or pleasant feeling being compromised. On the contrary, the Thiago Lady is remarkably light for a motorcycle jacket and even more so if you remove the Humax® membrane. The latter is of course breathable and 100% wind and waterproof.
There is a men's version, of which this Thiago Lady is not an exact copy. Therefore, this motor jacket is too centered and has a distinctly feminine cut.
Do not look for thermal lining. Under the Thiago Lady you - as a city person – will more likely wear a thick sweater or an extra layer, and walking around in the forest for a whole day in weather and wind is something you rarely do in cities. The Thiago Lady is a city coat, which regularly changes shoulders from the back of a chair in a coffee bar. Ventilation zippers are available because the chance that it’s getting too hot is of course real in the big city.
YF is responsible for impact protection. Shoulders and elbows are standard equipped with CE-approved protectors and for those who want to, they can incorporate a (SAS-TEC) back protector without much trouble.
The waist with the elastic strips, the press buttons in the front, on the collar, on the sleeve ends and on the upper arms (as adjustment possibilities), give the Thiago Lady a solid appearance. As if it is armed against what urban life can bring. And that, of course, is simply the case.
The Belt Loop shows that combination possibilities must be sought in the direction of a good pair of motorbike jeans.
