The motorcycle gloves called Arctic-GTX 2.0 are waterproof GORE-TEX® models that you will enjoy all year round. It goes without saying: the colder, wetter, and more inclement the weather, the more they are at their best.
The crucial feature of these motorcycle gloves is of course the integrated GORE TEX® membrane: breathable and waterproof, it guarantees dry hands without compromising riding comfort. The three-layer lining feels surprisingly thin, and the goatskin leather outer shell supports the entire package, creating an absolutely impressive whole. Practically, though, it all stays very nice and easy. Even when you grab the handlebars - or anything else for that matter - and discover that there's an effective 'feel' to it.
The palm consists of a double layer of goatskin leather and the little finger gets a little extra. With the addition of a (soft) Impaction® knuckle protector under the leather, no one will argue that this is not a very strong motorcycle glove. In every sense of the word.
And just to be clear: it's not all leather. The Arctic-GTX 2.0 also contains stretch material, accordion panels and textiles, which only make the whole thing even better and more comfortable. It inspires confidence, and that translates almost logically into CE certification and a level of safety that meets the EN13596:2015 standard.
The Arctic-GTX 2.0 extends to far over the wrist, where a drawcord neatly tightens the cuff. Just below the palm - again with velcro closure – you keep the actual glove in place. A visor wiper, touchscreen-compatible fingertip and clear reflective strips on the fingers and cuff finish it off.
Top glove for harsh rides. And quite a few others too.
