The Alpinestars SP-2 V3 is the third version of a motorcycle glove which is very close to the top segment. The base consists of quality full grain leather, reinforced with a layer of supple goat leather for excellent steering feel and - of course - the necessary extra protection.
Stretch material - supplemented with sufficient accordion fabric - provides good freedom of movement and ample flexibility. If you close the sturdy cuff properly at the bottom (velcro), you will nevertheless get a safe and robust feeling. The palm and thumb are ergonomically pre-shaped, which improves grip and handling. A patented bridge between the little and the ring finger prevents them from pointing in the wrong direction after a fall.
The presence of additional impact protection also inspires confidence: the TPU slider on the palm is derived from what is common in MotoGP, while the robust but flexible knuckle protector offers impact and abrasion protection in equal measure.
Add to that the fact that the SP-2 V3 is a well-ventilated motorcycle glove, your hands will quickly feel at ease, and you'll inevitably come to the same conclusion as us: top quality!
