Monaco performance cowhide makes up the biggest part of these pants. Wear and tear resistant as it should be. And in this case, sufficiently perforated for good air circulation. REV'IT has incorporated PWR | Shell stretch material in all the right places, giving you freedom of movement and, most importantly, great comfort. Pieces of accordion fabric above the knees further enhance these features.
The external, hard knee flap and the extra layer of foam at the height of the tailbone, are, just like all other protectors, excellent and very protective elements. Not to ride 300 km per hour, but in (more than) average street use more than enough to keep it safe and pleasant. The sliders that come with the suit, are attached by means of velcro, as is often the case.
Apart from the external protection you can of course also rely on a lot of safety equipment underneath. SEESMART® CE-level 1 protectors on the hips are standard, just like the SEEFLEX® CE-level 2 protectors on the knees.
Smooth, flat zippers on the calves - two in a row for a nearly perfect fit - give you a perfect fit. There are adjustment possibilities thanks to the belts (velcro) on the waist, and with a sturdy button and zipper everything stays fastened.
This Apex is obviously part of the wider Apex-line, but is actually just as much a sporty, very universal pair of pants that can be perfectly combined with many other motorcycle jackets.
