The Samur Air 2.0 summer gloves are the next episode in the story of this series of airy and sporty motorcycle gloves. You can’t really get any tighter and you certainly won’t sweat in these.
The Samur Air 2.0 makes no efforts to hide its summery ambitions: the palm consists of wear-resistant Amara – double-layered where needed – but just about the entire back is made up of 3D-mesh and elastane. You can’t really get any closer to ‘it just blows right through’. And of course, this doesn’t deflect from the Samur Air 2.0’s protective qualities, that were effortlessly awarded the CE certification standard (EN13594:2015).
Anyway, the chance of your hands being all sweaty is quite slender, unless it’s your riding style that causes that to happen. These motorcycle gloves are ‘soft’ gloves: no need to look for plastic parts or knuckle protection. You will find padding wherever useful but the emphasis lies on ventilation and comfort.
The index finger was given a reflective print on one side while the other side can operate a touchscreen.
In accordance with its ambitions, the Samur Air 2.0 are short motorcycle gloves. There will probably be some space left between sleeve and glove closure (Velcro).
