The XL02 is a pretty burly cargo bag. Ideal to take with you on the back and with a maximum capacity of 35 litres, you can store a decent amount of luggage in there.
The XL03 is like the XL02’s big brother, that kind of ‘starts’ where the XL02 ends.
Dimension-wise and regarding its usability, this XL02 is a little more practical for a lot of motorbikes and their riders: with belt loops this bag can easily be fitted onto top cases, onto a case rack, a case plate obviously or the pillion seat. Regardless of whether you’re riding with a touring bike or an adventurer.
The most important criterion is that you can attach the mounting straps to the motorbike somewhere.
The XL02 is quite similar to a soft case. Its bar shape (43 cm (L) x 30 cm (W) x 20-30 cm (H)) suspects a comparable functionality, however, this really is a roll bag. We’ll explain: the central storage area can be reached through a roll-up closure on one side only. This guarantees a waterproof storage compartment of a little under 30 litres. On top of that – literally - two separate compartments and the option to create additional storage space thanks to a top zipper results in a total of 35 litres of excellent storage facility.
The internal waterproof roll bag can be removed if wanted.
The X-line by
GIVI is characterised
by its solid, strong 1200D outer shell with 1680D polyester and Hypalon
inserts. Partly pre-shaped,
UV-resistant and according to REACH-guidelines, this storage solution is one
that sticks out. Practical, reliable and absolutely big enough to head out for a
week-long adventure. At least.
Of course, the adjustable straps are supplied. The presence of handles and the provided shoulder straps allow you to easily and practically carry this bag with you during a stop. The XL02 can perfectly double as a backpack. With two more adjustable straps and hooks on top of the XL02, you can just keep on building.
