Description

Bringing a bottle of water is rarely a bad idea, although there are different ways to carry it properly. One is to just throw it in your suitcase, but that requires space and you’ll run the risk of having a half-filled aluminum drinking bowl at your destination.

A better - and more practical - way is to mount a GIVI water bottle on the outside of your side case. Or on your crash bar. That was already possible with nylon straps but now that can be done a lot more practical, with this E199 drinking bottle holder. Sturdier, more robust, in nylon with glass fiber reinforcement. Opening and closing the holder is easy and anyone who wants to can even attach a small padlock to it.

All mounting material for a neat installation on a GIVI OUTBACK, TREKKER or DOLOMITI side case is included in the package. Not coincidentally, these are all aluminum cases, which is a requirement when drilling holes and attaching extra weight to side cases.
The holes drilling is not so bad. And there is good news for those who prefer not to: the E199 drinking bottle holder comes with an extra attachment that allows you to attach it to a tube shape (diameter 21-25 mm). Like to a crash bracket.

One carrier for one STF500S drinking bottle, that's what you'll find in this package. Do you regularly ride with a passenger and you want to have a dose of extra water for both, then you might want to consider a second, identical mounting kit.
