The 3-in-1 Ladakh 3L D-Dry® are watertight motorbike trousers that can withstand quite a bit of adventure and that can be worn all throughout the year. The Ladakh region is situated somewhere between the roof of the world and the sultry Indian plains, which makes for quite an impressive spread.
DAINESE stayed true to that idea with regard to the motorcycle trousers named Ladakh and creates three layers that are each specialist in their fields. And beyond that. This statement is possibly least true for the outer layer. It consists of 600D Polyester, forming the wear- and tear-resistant base for everything below that. At the same time, this is the most ventilated of all the layers: an L-shaped (mirrored on opposite side) ventilation opening-with-zipper does the trick. It runs around both wide cargo pockets that provide a lot of storage space.
The next two layers complete the 3-in-1. These are respectively a watertight, breathing D-DRY®membrane and a thermal lining. You can obviously remove both.
When you keep everything on board, getting into them with, let’s say, wet motorbike boots will be quite the challenge. It’s quite obvious that you’ll already be wearing the Ladakh 3L D-Dry® when you get on the bike but we like to mention it just in case – the zipper at the bottom of the pant legs doesn’t run extremely high.
The Ladakh 3L D-Dry® is a pretty straightforward pair of motorbike trousers. It seems simple but don’t be fooled: the total package is quite the package. Let’s discuss impact protection: Pro-Armor knee protectors that are standard level 2. Reflective inserts do what they are supposed to do at night without drawing too much attention to themselves during the day.
The central opening is supplied with a slider with zip. You can adjust the width of these marvellous motorbike pants thanks to the two Velcro straps-with-loop in the waist, and attain the perfect fit. Compatible with DAINESE suspenders.
