The most important difference with the iconic leather Perfectos from the first paragraph is that besides being stylish, the REV’IT! Liv Lady is also safe to wear on a motorbike. Timeless, AA certified and actually equally impressive even without a motorcycle around. Oh and let’s not forget: phenomenally soft. Did we mention that? Deliciously soft. The original Perfecto that you can sometimes still spot at a metal concert somewhere can stand upright in its own, even without the metal head in it. This REV’IT! Liv Lady cannot do that, which has a lot to do with the sheep leather exterior: a leather motorcycle jacket doesn’t often feel this comfortable and soft. This creates a very comfortable REV’IT! Liv Lady motorcycle jacket, one that you can wear to go places. Elegant too, without radiating too many ‘motorcycle’ vibes. Even the impact protection (SEESMART) on the shoulders and elbows are subtle. Nevertheless, they do what they are there for and you can even integrate a SEESOFT RV or SEESOFT Air back protector to lift everything to a new level.
A tight leather jacket like this one can count on two slash pockets and an inner pocket to store away necessities. The only thing Marlon Brando didn’t have was a reflective stripe on the upper back. The wide flaps, the diagonal zip and the sturdy pushbuttons are there, all in the right places and of excellent quality.
Obviously, the soft leather Liv Lady is not a waterproof motorcycle jacket. It was given a centred cut and is only available in this ladies’ model. With the belt loops, you combine this motorcycle jacket with motorbike jeans or you attach the Safeway belt by REV’IT! in the back. Of course, the short connecting zip is always an option.
