The Livity are slim fit motorcycle jeans with a quite specific motorcycle styling. Odds are slim of you disappearing into the crowds but proper protection and loads of comfort are a given.
It should be tight and well-fitting. There is no lack of flexibility and seating comfort – still an essential part of motorcycle riding – thanks to the stretch panels above and below the knee and in the back. These accordion pieces specifically remind us of traditional motorcycle clothing and racing suits.
The wide mesh panels on the lower legs and the upper legs also stand out, obviously. Front and back, top and bottom, you can find them anywhere where Macna had space to put them.
The Macna Livity is made of denim with a certain elasticity and has been reinforced with Aramid fibre on the hips, knees and in the back. That’s wear-resistance covered. CE-knee protectors evidently come standard. You can (temporarily) remove them from the inside and adjust their height as well. Everything has been foreseen to fit a set of proper hip protectors.
Macna supplied the Livity with a zipper and button to open and close them. It’s a smooth fix to attach a Backconnect in the back to connect with that nice motorcycle jacket or motorcycle hoodie. Two back pockets, two slash pockets and a zippable ‘fifth’ pocket are also there.
