Muc-Off has composed this practical and useful kit in order to make your life easier. And to keep your motorcycle helmet visor or goggles clean and tidy. We tried the detergent ourselves and truth be told: it works. This cleaning kit includes a refillable spray can with 32ml of the stuff, two microfibre cloths and a storage bag.
The entire cleaning kit fits effortlessly in a touring jacket or top case, and with 32ml of Muc-Off we managed the entire roundtrip of our annual iron butt motorbike ride – during the warm, dusty, bug season. Used during 3.400 kilometres and resulting in a perfectly transparent visor at each of the twelve fuel and other stops. Nice.
The basis of this cleaning product is demineralised water, something all producers of this type of crucial motorbike equipment are passionate about.
The pH-neutral soap contains no chemicals and is completely degradable. Something which is always an important element for the people at Muc-Off.
That you shouldn’t spray it into someone’s eyes, nonetheless, should be obvious.
This formula – Visor, Lens & Goggle cleaner – is suitable for all helmets, goggles, lenses and visors. Even if they’re made of polycarbonate. It quickly and expertly dissolves dirt, bugs, grease, sweat, oil and anything else you can think of.
The ‘luxury’ cleaning cloth and the ‘premium’ detailing cloth are both microfibre and made to perfectly clean motorcycle helmet visors and/or motorcycle goggles, without leaving those bothersome traces. One microfibre cloth is a little larger than the other and the integrated assets do allow for a little nuance, although we use them both interchangeably.
The storage bag is made of wear-resistant ripstop material, is hygienic and allows you to store everything neatly.
