Now, you may have never considered using Motol products before. We don't blame anyone, of course. But we do think that every rider should prefer riding a well-maintained bike with a healthy engine. Motul Engine clean additive takes care of that and makes short work of dirt and deposits.

You add the Motul Engine Clean to the engine oil, not the petrol. This is meant for four-stroke engines!). Then let the complete oil cycle run through. Along its way through the engine, the product cleans and protects all surfaces. It also works its magic in places that are hard to reach, such as the piston ring lock clearance and the piston rings. This results in a healthier engine with more balanced cylinder compression. And a healthier engine performs at a higher level, consumes less oil, has less stress and wear, and emits less emissions.

How to use?

• You add a can of Motul Engine Clean to your (operationally warm) engine oil when you plan to do an oil change. The perfect amount for an oil volume between 2.4 and 3.5 litres would be 200 ml of Motul Engline Clean. If your working with higher volumes, use 60 ml of additive per every additional litre of motor oil.
• Let your engine idle for fifteen minutes. This allows the additive to reach every surface inside the engine and clean it.
• Then drain all oil and additive from the engine as good as you can. Then finish your oil change as you normally would, by replacing the oil filter and add fresh oil.
• The additive can be processed together with the drained oil.
