The difference? By connecting the module to a power bank USB connection, battery, power bank… you charge your smartphone during your trip. Which doesn’t require an extra cable (between module and smartphone). Only the power source is physically linked.

Keyless ignitions can be affected by overlapping frequency channels. To avoid problems when starting, start the ignition before you connect the smartphone to the charging module.
