You ride a motorcycle with your legs, not with your hands. They said it numerous times during driving lessons but you didn’t believe it then. By now, you’ve learnt that it is your knees and legs that control your motorcycle to take that bend. More than your hands do. Controlling your motorcycle starts with ‘riding the tank’.
Stability, control and trust is what is created there. After a while, this shows in your riding abilities – and sometimes your fuel tank.
In order to facilitate the first and prevent the latter, we present this silicone Tank Grip, potentially supplemented with a set of extra Tank Grips on the flanks. Clothing, zips or tank bags will no longer be able to leave non-erasable impressions. The material has sufficient 3D relief to guarantee a steady sitting position during your ride and create a gripping effect.
Thanks to 3M™ you simply apply the central Tank Grip to your fuel tank. Application is done once and once right. Look before you leap (or stick) is a helpful tip here. Once applied it should stick under all circumstances so starting to feel doubtful halfway through the process or reconsidering will not lead to the best results.
