The Individo 2.0 are slim fit motorcycle jeans with a specific, recognisable motorcycle styling. Chances that you blend in completely with the masses are rather thin but in exchange you get to benefit from lots of protection and high levels of comfort.
Slim fit is fashion lingo for tight-fitting, which speaks for itself. There is, however, no lack of flexibility and sitting comfort – quite essential on a motorcycle – thanks to the stretch panels above and below the knee, and in the back. These accordion sections specifically remind us strongly of traditional motorcycle clothing and racing suits. They give the Individo 2.0 their individual appearance.
The Individo 2.0 is completely made and woven from hardwearing Cordura denim, with a certain elasticity. Which means: high levels of wear and tear-resistance. So high in fact that the Individo 2.0 was granted an AA classification. Excellent for light motorcycle jeans like these. CE-certified RISC knee and hip protectors are evidently standard equipment. The ‘quick pockets’ that hold the knee protectors can be reached through an invisible zip on the outside.
The slash pockets seem to be identical to pockets of any regular pants but as soon as your hands glide into them, you notice how Macna took the specific position of wearing these motorcycle trousers into account. You’ll feel it immediately. There’s another, extra, closable little pocket to the left – convenient.
Macna gave the Individo 2.0 a zip with a traditional, decent button to open and close them. In the back, you can see the construction that facilitates the connection with a Belt Loop. There’s also a short connecting zip, because a suitable motorcycle jacket is still a must.
There’s maintenance clothing and then there’s clothing maintenance. Buying good-quality motorcycle clothing is an investment in comfort and personal safety. Be sure to invest in proper maintenance after your purchase and enjoy your gear for longer.
