GIVI gave the Sport-T family an integrated preformed, semi-rigid plastic. Sleek, stylish and 'semi-soft', that's how we would describe it.
In this form and variant that translates into a saddlebag, which you attach to the rear of the motorcycle on the top case, luggage carrier or the ... well ... saddle. It is not very complicated. You attach the bag by means of a central, adjustable, non-elastic belt with double D-rings, supplemented by two universal straps left and right, also in combination with double-D-rings. The Sport-T saddlebag consists mainly of '600D PU-polyester coated polyurethane'. In human language this means that semi-rigid plastic, with a UV-resistant layer. The main compartment consists of one space and has a long zipper with two pullers. By closing the openings of both pullers together, you can close the bag with a lock. Under the zipper you will find a second one that allows you to raise the bag by about five centimeters.
This bag is too compact for a helmet and the two extra compartments on the left and right won't change that. The two extra compartments on the left and right won't change that. A mesh panel in the lid does offer the option of keeping the most essential things separate.
The structure and the used material will withstand a rain shower. If it really rains, you better use the rain cover that comes with the bag, which is always located at the bottom of the saddlebag in the specially created storage space.
A handle and good shoulder straps ensure that you can get on and off the bike easily and conveniently after a standstill. With dimensions of 26 x 29 x 30 cm and - in its largest configuration - 22 liters of storage space, this is a very convenient, semi-soft, top case-like luggage solution.
