Most striking and convenient is the possibility to create a really tight fit around your wrists, thanks to the (hidden) Velcro strip.
The absence of membranes means that waterproofness is not on the list.
Safety is always the priority. The Lynx has removable ALPHA EN1621-1 Level 1 CE protection for elbows and shoulders, the latter being adjustable. If you want to, you can optionally fit in a CE-certified back protector.
