Inuit motorcycle gloves are heated motorcycle gloves. Well-padded, for winter and with the required electronics to make all this possible. Then again, the motorcycle gloves themselves are excellent for colder days.
Heating helps in that regard and even though this can never be a miracle cure, the effect surely is noticeable. When you put on the Inuit motorcycle gloves for the first time, for instance. Completely equipped you can fit a 7.4V 3,000mAh lithium-ion battery into each cuff and you’ll notice it’s there. In exchange, there’s heat. The pushbutton on the cuff of each Inuit motorcycle glove has two buttons that magically show a series of colours and the heating intensity to match.
The on/off button has three intensity settings: high (60°), medium (50°) and low (40°).
The button with the hand allows you to select the heating zone: fingers + palm of the hand, fingers only or palm only. You can vary and combine.
All the while, you are holding the handlebars and thanks to the goatskin palm, this feels exactly as it should. The back of the hand is largely made of stretch material. On the tips of the fingers, you can see a (colour) relief in the shape of a number of synthetic reinforcements. The D3O knuckle protector of the Inuit is perceptible and visible, while still remaining flexible, comfortable and pliable. With an Armaprotec layer and a distinct, wear-resistant Superfabric area in the ball of the hand, there is no lack of protective elements. This is a well-padded winter motorcycle glove with fleece and a 3M Thinsulate lining and with a SKINFIT membrane to also be breathing, windproof and waterproof.
Water and wind on the outside, heat on the inside, that is a promising picture. The construction of the Velcro closure takes the weight of the cuff on the outside into account and allows you to properly close the Inuit.
At its highest intensity, with maximum heat zones (fingers + palm), the supplied 7.4V 3,000mAh lithium-ion battery can provide up to two hours of heat. At its lowest setting and only heating the palm of the hand, this range can extend up to fifteen hours. Each motorcycle glove is standard supplied with one battery. This battery is stored in the designated compartment inside the cuff, where you connect it to the heating elements. You charge the batteries with the supplied charging cable.
