This GRT726 Canyon saddle bag is the updated continuation of the Canyon GRT723. Not completely new territory, however, excellent to go and explore new territories.
Just like its predecessor, this is a separately, autonomously usable travel bag that links the good qualities of an alternative for a top case to the benefits of a flexible roll bag. For adventure riders who love going off-road who can also appreciate storage capacity (45 litres is quite impressive) and safety – not to mention practical versatility.
Naturally, a saddle bag like this GRT726 Canyon is waterproof.
The exterior, made of (sturdy) Cordura Nylon, Hypalon, ripstop Nylon TPU and hardwearing 1680D offers maximum protection (and stability), while being UV-resistant at the same time. The sand-coloured, waterproof carrying bag and thermoformed PE base ensure that this construction can handle the toughest conditions.
If the motorcyclist is up for it, this GRT726 Canyon is game.
Double entrance with roll-top closure grants access to the central, widest storage compartment and the waterproof inner bag. An ergonomic handle and a padded, adjustable shoulder strap increase comfort when you’ve reached your destination. Before that, you’ll probably discover a lot more options, additional mounting possibilities and ways to make optimal use of this Canyon GRT726 – possibly combined. The Cam Buckles fastening straps allow for additional loads. A M.O.L.L.E. system below the top flap with robust PVC mesh bag covers a third, central entrance to the largest compartment, while providing a set of smaller storage spaces.
With a total capacity of 45 litres, this waterproof saddle bag can compete with many of the finest top cases. They are not competitors, though, because the Canyon series focuses on unpaved roads and extreme circumstances.
