What is the (output) voltage of your battery?

Electrical voltage is measured in Volts (abbreviated V). That is why it is sometimes referred to as voltage. The voltage indicates how much energy it takes for the electrons to move from one point in a circuit to another (for example, through the filament of a lamp). Most recent motorcycles and scooters will almost always be a 12-volt battery; 6 volt batteries are only used in some mopeds and scooters.
