Brake cleaner for motorcycles

Though brake cleaner is primarily used for degreasing and cleaning brake pads, calipers and brake discs. Its strong degreasing properties make this product also very suitable for cleaning other metal engine parts. Contact points and the crankcase are among the first things that come to mind. So, you could say that brake cleaner is a multi-purpose liquid.

RAD tip

Never use brake cleaner to degrease your drive chain! Brake cleaner will damage the rubber sealing rings of a motorcycle chain. There are specific chain cleaners available for degreasing a motorcycle chain.
